Vive Valentino!

The Spring '09 Collection from the House of Valentino is softer and more feminine than the last two we have seen. Alessandra Facchinetti is the new designer at the helm there since the maestro himself stepped aside and this was her third collection for the label. We have begun to see a more feminine style emerge from the new designer, something a little closer intune to the classic Valentino. The small delicate touches she added this collection like the chiffon and ruffles are sure to make this collection a bigger hit with the Ladies Who Lunch than Facchinetti's first two attempts and ensure her further employment with the label.
